三亞華僑學(xué)校近些年來大力引進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富、高學(xué)歷、精通雙語且具有國際教育背景的優(yōu)質(zhì)中外籍人才參與課程設(shè)計(jì)、管理和教學(xué)工作。教學(xué)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)具有多年在美國、加拿大、新西蘭等發(fā)達(dá)英語國家的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，絕大部分擁有碩士學(xué)歷。中加國際班項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)擁有全職外方校長一人、全職外籍教師三人、全職助教一人、全職運(yùn)營管理人員一人、全職班級(jí)管理人員一人、兼職行政人員兩人。加拿大高中課程全部由加拿大新斯科舍省教育廳指定的優(yōu)秀外籍教師任教。

　　Mr. Eben Engelbrecht was a principal in South Africa and took early retirement in 2017. He accepted a position as teacher in a Sino-Canadian school in Beijing. He became the principal a year later. In 2021 he accepted a principal’s position in Xingtai Sino-Canadian program and was transferred to Sanya in 2022 to take up the principalship here. He is a qualified Biology and Economics teacher. His highest qualification is a Master’s degree in Education (School Leadership and Management) he obtained in 2010. His life goals are the identification of talent and development of talent. In his free time he likes reading and research.
